A New Standard in Wastewater Handling: The VersaLift Lifting Station

With the new VersaLift lifting station, Zehnder Pumpen expands its product range with a compact and highly versatile solution for the reliable removal of greywater. Designed according to EN 12050-2, the unit is ideal for applications below the backflow level and suitable for showers, washing machines, washbasins or kitchen areas.

Thanks to its low installation height, quiet operation and plug-and-play design, the VersaLift can be integrated easily into living spaces, utility rooms or renovation projects—even where space is limited.

Two Performance Levels for Different Requirements

The VersaLift is available in two versions, ensuring the right performance for various installation scenarios:

VersaLift 350: Maximum flow rate 7.0 m³/h, maximum head 6.0 m, motor power 350 W (P1) / 230 W (P2)
VersaLift 500: Maximum flow rate 9.5 m³/h, maximum head 10.2 m, motor power 680 W (P1) / 510 W (P2)

This offers both a compact standard solution and a more powerful variant for demanding drainage tasks.

Compact Design for Flexible Installation

With a depth of only 192 mm, the VersaLift is ideal for tight installation spaces. A low inlet height of 50 mm makes it suitable for low-profile shower trays. The robust ABS tank provides a capacity of approx. 11 liters and can be installed above floor level in frost-protected rooms without major construction work—perfect for retrofitting laundry rooms, bathrooms or kitchenettes.

Reliable Operation With Well-Engineered Technology

The VersaLift incorporates several technical features that ensure long-lasting, trouble-free operation:

Double shaft sealing with mechanical seal and lip seal
IP 68 rating – fully submersible
Volt-free contact for external alarm or washing machine shut-off
Very quiet running – suitable for living areas and basement apartments
Media temperatures up to 40 °C, short-term up to 90 °C
10 mm strainer to protect the pump from larger particles

Plug-and-Play Installation

The VersaLift is supplied ready to plug in with a 1.5 m power cable and Schuko plug. Multiple DN 40 inlets and an additional washing machine connection (Ø 19 mm) allow the connection of various appliances. The flexible discharge outlet can be mounted horizontally or vertically and includes a built-in non-return valve. The pump unit can be removed without tools for cleaning or maintenance. All required parts—seals, adapters, couplings, fixings, and accessories—are included in the delivery.
